Cosmetic Products — Regulatory Disclaimer

The products sold on this Site are cosmetic products sourced primarily from the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Korean skincare products — including cleansers, toners, and serums — are classified as cosmetics under Australian law and do not require registration or listing on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) administered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in order to be legally sold in Australia.

Where this Site offers SPF 50+ sunscreen products, those products are not of Korean origin. All SPF 50+ sunscreen products available on this Site are sourced from non-Korean suppliers and are registered or listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) as required by the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth). SPF 50+ sunscreens are classified as therapeutic goods in Australia and are only offered for sale on this Site where TGA approval has been confirmed.

The products available on this Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any descriptions, claims, or information provided on this Site relating to product benefits are made in the context of cosmetic use only and do not constitute therapeutic claims within the meaning of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth), except where a product is expressly identified as a TGA-registered therapeutic good.

Age Reset accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions arising from failure to review product ingredients or from use contrary to product directions.

Dropshipping and International Sourcing

Some or all of the products available on this Site are sourced and fulfilled via dropshipping from overseas suppliers. This means that when you place an order, the goods may be dispatched directly from an international supplier located outside of Australia.

The majority of products available on this Site are sourced from suppliers based in the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and are manufactured in accordance with Korean cosmetic regulations administered by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). Korean cosmetic products such as cleansers, toners, and serums are regulated as cosmetics — not therapeutic goods — under Australian law and may be legally imported and sold in Australia without TGA approval. All products are imported into Australia in compliance with Australian Border Force requirements and applicable Australian consumer and cosmetic regulations.

Age Reset complies with all applicable Australian import regulations under the Customs Act 1901 (Cth). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by the Australian Border Force upon entry of goods into Australia, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

As a result of international sourcing, the following may apply:

  • Delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping, with transit times of up to six (6) weeks, depending on the supplier's location and international logistics.
  • Products sourced from overseas are subject to Australian Border Force customs requirements. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or border fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • International trade laws, export controls, and the laws of the country of origin may apply to certain products. By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable international laws and regulations relevant to the importation of goods into Australia.
  • We will notify you of any unexpected delays in dispatch or delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

Notwithstanding the international sourcing of products, your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — including consumer guarantees — remain fully applicable to all purchases made through this Site.

Pricing and Payment

The price of goods ordered is the current price at the time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. All prices are in Australian dollars. An approved business account may make a payment for goods online.

Choosing to pay by credit card or Shop Pay is an efficient way of shopping on the Site, as orders will be processed once confirmation of payment is received.

Australian Consumer Law — Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the ACL or any other applicable Australian legislation.

Risk & Title

Age Reset will retain title to the goods you order until you have made payment in full for those goods, but all risk in the goods will pass to you upon the delivery of the goods to, or the collection of the goods by, a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance in respect of the goods.

Orders and Deliveries

You may place an order for goods via the shopping cart tool on the Site.

All products advertised on the Site are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We accept no responsibility or liability for any goods we are unable to supply for any reason.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints, and we have no responsibility if any of the goods or services advertised on the Site are unavailable. Back orders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.

Age Reset will attempt to deliver or dispatch all orders within two (2) weeks from the date the order is made, Age Reset accepts no responsibility for delays. We will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Where a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, customers are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of any other return or exchange policy stated on this Site.

For change-of-mind returns, Age Reset offers exchanges or store credit at its discretion, subject to the product being returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where a consumer guarantee applies under the ACL.

Please refer to our Refunds & Shipping page for full details on how to initiate a return, exchange, or refund. All refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Competitions

From time to time competitions and promotions ("Competitions") may be posted on this Site. We shall publish the relevant terms and conditions of the Competitions. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of a Competition before you enter into a Competition.
