Refunds & Returns Policy

Our Fulfilment Model

Age Reset products are fulfilled via dropshipping directly from overseas suppliers, primarily based in the Republic of Korea (South Korea). As a result, we are unable to accept physical returns to a local address. All remedy and refund requests are managed remotely.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including a replacement or refund.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@agereset.com.au
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photographic evidence of the fault or damage

Age Reset will liaise with the supplier on your behalf and arrange the appropriate remedy as quickly as possible. You will not be required to return the item to a local address.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This is due to the international dropshipping nature of our fulfilment model and hygiene requirements applicable to cosmetic products. We encourage you to carefully review all product information, ingredient lists, and descriptions before purchasing.

Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where a consumer guarantee applies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Refund timeframes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
